Wang Xiaohong, dean of the Jiangxi Academy of Sciences, told the author: “Research shows that vegetables grow rapidly under hydroponic conditions, and a major problem in hydroponic cultivation is that nitrite content is easily exceeded. We will use LED light source hydroponic vegetables to be determined by Jiangxi Analytical Testing Center. It indicates that the nitrite content of vegetables is at a normal low level, the fiber content is low, and the vitamin content is high, which ensures the quality and taste of the vegetables."
